The restaurant’s FIFA-inspired “Taste Around the World” cocktail experience brings together global flavors and cultural influence through a limited-time, thoughtfully curated menu.
Designed to reflect the diversity and energy arriving in Dallas, the experience invites guests to explore cocktails rooted in tradition while embracing modern interpretations. Each selection draws inspiration from countries known not only for their passion for the game, but for their distinctive drinking cultures.
Debuting May 11, 2026, the menu features four signature cocktails:
- Argentina: Fernet con Coca — A staple of Argentine social life, this cocktail combines Fernet Branca Menta with Coca-Cola and fresh lemon, served over ice with a lemon wheel. Recognized for its bold, bittersweet profile, it remains one of the country’s most beloved drinks.
- Japan: Matcha Miami Vice Riff — A layered, contemporary cocktail that blends vodka, toasted coconut, matcha, lemon and strawberry. Served in a flute with skewered strawberries, it draws from Japan’s longstanding relationship with matcha while introducing a fresh, modern twist.
- England: Pornstar Martini — A widely recognized modern classic, this cocktail features vodka, passion fruit, passion fruit liqueur and vanilla. Accompanied by a Prosecco sidecar and a dehydrated lemon wheel garnish, it reflects the indulgent and evolving nature of London’s cocktail scene.
- Austria: Hugo Cocktail — Light and refreshing, this aperitivo combines elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, lemon and mint. Served in a wine glass with fresh garnish, it has become a staple across Austrian social settings, from summer gatherings to après-ski occasions.
