The Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce (DBCC) – an organizational advocate for the creation, growth, and general welfare of black-owned businesses in the North Texas Region – will present its 37th Annual Quest for Success Luncheon and Awards at On The Levee on May 10th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a special performance by GRAMMY award-winning entertainer and philanthropist, Mya. The highly anticipated awards presentation will be hosted by WFAA Channel 8 anchor Tashara Parker, and will honor 12 local entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders across the metroplex for their contributions to the business and civic communities.

Established in 1985 under the leadership of Thomas L. Rodgers (Founder of Black Images Book Bazaar and the Dallas Civil Rights Museum).

“The Quest for Success Awards shine a light on businesses and nonprofits that aren’t just simply doing well for themselves, but for those leaders who are finding innovative ways to life the communities they serve,” said Harrison L. Blair, President of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce. “This year’s Quest is focused on arts-related businesses and arts-related nonprofits that continue to make a significant impact across North Texas. We hope that you will come and celebrate these leaders with us.”
