Dirk Nowitzki’s Pro Celebrity Tennis Classic returns for another year of play with an all-star line-up of dreamy celebs to help raise funds for the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation. Presented by Morgan Stanley, the third annual event is quickly becoming a North Texas tradition, and one that decks the SMU Tennis Complex with a sea of Hollywood stars all coming together for one worthy cause.
On Saturday, September 15th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests are invited to come out and watch as 2003 U.S. Open Champion and International Hall of Fame inductee Andy Roddick, Grand Slam doubles champ and five-time Olympian Mark Knowles, Soul Food and CBS’ Code Black actor Boris Kodjoe, others, and of course, Dirk Nowitzki – as they go head to head, making a smash during the fundraiser tennis tournament.
Rain or shine, the event will commence, with spectator tickets beginning at $20 for adults and youth, and free for children 3 and under. Proceeds will benefit the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation, which awards grants annually to organizations focusing on children’s wellbeing, health, and education.
