Everything is bigger in Texas — even in the world of flea markets, handcrafted goods, and unbeatable vintage finds. After six successful years and unprecedented growth in the Texas arena, Dallas Flea has announced its rebrand to “Flea Style” and a surprise trek to Houston in 2016, to better represent its expanding concept and an upsurge in growth that extends past the Dallas market.

“With the overwhelming response we’ve gotten over the years, which included calls for markets in more cities, we decided it was time to expand,” said Brittany Cobb, Founder of the former Dallas Flea, now Flea Style. “We can’t wait for what 2016 will bring and look forward to occupying our new home in Fair Park, as well as to bring our concept to Houston and beyond.”

Cobb founded The Dallas Flea in 2009, which experienced exponential growth over the years, currently citing more than 11,000 visitors and offering a wealth of goods from fashion, furniture, art, home décor, clothing, jewelry, children’s items, dog gear, food, and more.

Flea Style DallasAs one of the premier shopping events in the Southwest, the newly branded Flea Style will host bi-annual events in Dallas, and now Houston for 2016.

First stop – Dallas. Flea Style plans the ultimate take over on March 12, 2016 for Fair Park’s Automobile building, featuring well over 200-plus artisans and small businesses to span the 100,000 square foot space.

But that’s not all…

Mark your calendar with a special star for May 7, as Flea Style packs it up and treks further down South to launch its first ever Houston show at Silver Street Studios, with an additional location to be announced and added to the roster by late spring. With an increased consumer interest in vintage finds, handcrafted goods, and one-of-a-kind pieces, it’s our guess that more cities will highlight the Flea Style roster sooner than later.
